1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Dispatch: Kanban Order Board ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dispatch: Kanban Order Board is a Shopify app that helps merchants manage order fulfillment through a visual kanban board. The Service allows you to:

  • Create and manage fulfillment tasks
  • Assign tasks to staff members
  • Track task progress in real-time
  • Receive webhook notifications for order updates

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Shopify store to use the Service. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing

The Service offers various pricing plans, including a free tier and paid plans with a trial. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

4.2 Payment

You authorize us to charge your payment method via the Shopify Billing API for all fees associated with your subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We only use your data as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of Dispatch: Kanban Order Board and is protected by applicable laws.

5.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your Shopify store and credentials
  • Ensure your use complies with applicable laws
  • Provide accurate information for staff and tasks
  • Do not misuse or abuse the Service

6.2 Our Responsibilities

  • Provide the Service as described
  • Maintain the security and availability of the Service
  • Process your data per our Privacy Policy
  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner

7. Uninstallation and Data Removal

When you uninstall the Service from your Shopify store, your access is revoked and we delete your data within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.

You may request data deletion at any time by contacting jasonhh5276@gmail.com.

  • Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
  • We will delete all your data within 30 days
  • You may request immediate deletion by contacting support

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDER DISPATCH BOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

9. Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, you must cease using the Service, and we will delete your data as described in Section 7.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
