Steps

   Customer data is stored securely using Shopify's infrastructure. We only access customer data when needed for order fulfillment tasks, such as shipping addresses and contact information.

   The app uses Shopify's Customer API scopes appropriately, requesting only the minimum data necessary. We never request unnecessary access to sensitive customer information.

   Staff members can only view customer information if their role has appropriate permissions. Control access levels in Staff settings to restrict sensitive data to those who need it.

   To delete customer data for GDPR, CCPA, or other regulations, use the Data Deletion tool in app settings. This tool securely removes all customer data associated with a specific customer.

   Regular security audits ensure compliance with Shopify's security standards. We follow Shopify security best practices and industry-standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS, shop-scoped access, GDPR export/deletion).
