Generating Reports

Steps

   Click on the "Reports" tab in the sidebar navigation. You'll see a dashboard with key metrics and quick access to report types.

   Select a report type from the menu: Fulfillment Efficiency (average completion time, on-time rate), Team Performance (tasks per staff member), or Task Priority (breakdown by priority level).

   Fulfillment Efficiency shows weekly and daily trends; Team Performance ranks staff by completion rate; Task Priority shows distribution by priority level.

   Set a date range using the date picker - choose from preset options or select a custom range. Click "Generate" to view the report.

   Preset options include "Last 7 Days", "Last 30 Days", etc.
